Glenn: Southgate will continue to train the England team
The head of the Football Association (FA), Martin Glenn, manager Gareth Southgate will continue as coach for the next few tournaments despite England’s difficulty at the 2018 World Cup in Russia Judi bola.
Where he signed a contract lasted four years in November last year, to help the England team qualify for the 2018 World Cup final.
And the 47-year-old manager is likely to remain in the national team regardless of the outcome in the tournament. Glenn said that he is very realistic about England’s chances of winning the World Cup.
“Southgate has a long-term contract, he does not see Russia as the end of his role in England,” Glenn told local media.
“The World Cup is a very important staging arena for our development, I think we go there to win, but the kit is also realistic.”
“No one wants to get a bad World Cup, but we are sure he is the right person to carry through the next few tournaments.”
