One of them being the money from these funds are released by the government. THE GOVERNMENT IS CORRUPT!! This is not to say the funds are in anyway misappropriated. It just does not fill me with much confidence! The charity I volunteer for have a strong application but knowing it will take 12 months and chances are nothing will be done is devastating.
